This two-stage screw air compressor features large-diameter, low-speed rotors and two independent compression stages integrated into a single airend housing. Each stage is driven separately through helical gears, allowing the rotors to operate at optimized tip speeds. Precisely distributed compression ratios and interstage oil-mist cooling help reduce compression temperatures, minimize internal leakage, and improve volumetric efficiency while lowering bearing and gear loads.

Precision-machined UV-profile rotors and separate oil supply circuits for the compression chambers and bearings support reliable lubrication and long airend service life. A high-efficiency, four-pole motor equipped with SKF bearings delivers dependable performance, while accessible grease ports simplify routine maintenance. The motor’s IP55 protection provides resistance to dust ingress and water jets, supporting reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
