Water cooling provides superior heat rejection efficiency, especially in high-power applications above 37 kW. It eliminates the need for large ventilation openings in the compressor room and operates independently of ambient air temperature fluctuations.
What cooling infrastructure is required?
The KWC-60A works with a standard closed-loop cooling tower or a plant chiller circuit. Cooling water inlet temperature should be maintained between 15–30 °C at a flow rate of 4.5 m³/h. A simple strainer on the inlet line is the only water-side accessory needed.
